How to clear Thunderbird winmail.dat file issue

Thunderbird email application gets attachment as 'winmail.dat' format when sending via MS outlook to Thunderbird. Then the user isn't able to view the attachment. If any user facing with the following issue, install 'Lookout' Add-on -> extension' under Thunderbird.
