When you are going to buy a NEW COMPUTER!

Main components
- processor/CPU/Cental Processing Unit
- RAM/Randowm Access Memory/Main Memory
- HDD/hard disk drive/solid state drive
- Motherboard/main board/system borad
- VGA/Video graphic array
- Power Supply

1. Processor
Nowadays most processors available in the market core 2 duo, core i3, i5 and i7.

Cache Memory (L1, L2, L3) 1MB to 12MB. When Cache memory high, your computer speed will high. But when the cache memory high as well as the cost gets high.

e.g.
a). Intel Core 2 du 2.9 GHz [smb cache memory] = $180
b).Intel Core 2 due 3.2 GHz [4mb cache memory] = $180
Here -> Best processor is 4mb cache memory processor.

number of Cores in the processor, normally
core i7 - 2 to 6 cores
Core i5 - 2 to 4 cores

Sandy Bridge Technology - VGA is also in the CPU.

2. RAM
32 bit OS can only has 3.5GB, but is your motherboard support to get extra RAM in to VGA (onboard VGA) you can allow others to that VGA.

When you will be going to use 2 RAM card, buy same RAM module with same speed and they should be suitable for your motherboard.

3. Hard Disk
Slowest memory in the computer.
- the time gets to boot up the windows
- open an application

How to view HDD speed - RPM (7200, 5400)
SATA 2, 3

SSD - Solid State Device, totally intronics devices and speed is much grater than noraml HDD. But capacity is not much high as HDD. too Expensive. You can install SSD and put some application and data into HDD, the boot time will speedup around 5~6 seconds. Electric Current usage is also low.

4. Motherboard
Sould match with the CPU. If intel CPU, intel chip set motherboard is good. (Intel, Foxconn, MSI, Asus, EVGA). Motherboard contains Sata Port, front and back panel USB, RAM slots, PCI express slot, PCI slot, etc.

5. VGA
VGA has also RAM, CPU (GPU) - ATI AMD, Nvidia, Intel. PCI-E slot

6. Pwer Supply
500w is good enough.
