Mobile phone's Bootloader

Boot-loader needs to activate all specific features such as mobile Operating System, Hardware activation when mobile is switching on. This program is provided by Google with Android OS.

But when selling the Mobile the manufacturing company locks the boot-loader. So the customer can't access the program. Then the Mobile OS will protect by system errors.
